After the Pentecost weekend was canceled the board was convinced that the autumn or winter event would continue. After all there was 5 month between. Restaurants and other companies had already been approached to make an offer. One location had even made a provisional reservation.In the recent weeks however doubts began to strike because the reports surrounding the corona virus were not very positive.At some point as a board have to make a decision namely to allow to proceed or to cancel The reporting closely monitored and because the number of infections is on the rise again we as aboard do not dare the risk that one of you could be infected with the virus on October 17.You must also inform the restaurant and other companies that are involved in this event in good times about your plans.Unfortunately we therefore had to decide to cancel the planned event before October 17.
We as the board think this is a great pity but we do hope you understand this decision.
